A great book for book clubs! Sep 06, Jeff Wilhelm rated it it was amazing. Wow, wow, wow! I highly recommend this book to all. This book finally gave me hope. This is where you start from full or near full hanging extension of your arms and pull up using just your upper body in a slower, more controlled fashion.
